“What do you love doing so much that the words failure and success essentially become irrelevant?” – Elisabeth Gilbert “Big Magic”
As the definition of entrepreneur goes, it involves “seeing a new opportunity and taking risks”. In the moment you find the right idea that lights you up, the risks tend to fade away.
I find that entrepreneur is also a state of mind. It’s a mindset that allows you to see new opportunities, to improve, to innovate, to take responsibility, to take ownership and accept new challenges.
“Discover the entrepreneur in YOU” purpose is to ignite the fire of entrepreneurship in each of us. It’s a regular meeting that gives the opportunity to everyone to stop by, present their idea, get feedback from the audience, and maybe at the end of the day leave with a business partner.
Based on research from Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (Martinez, Levie, Kelley, Saemundsson, & Schott, 2010) mare exposure to entrepreneurship activities, talks or courses, enables the entrepreneurial mindset to kick-in and allow us to think more innovative.
